Work man, what the hell.
-First I get to work and there's a line out the door. Which doesn't ever happen on Saturdays.
-Then there's a rush from 11 to 3! Three PM! Who eats lunch at 3pm?
-My boss bought my lunch because I stayed on at three instead of immediately going on break.
Then while I'm scarfing down Mac & Cheese on break, apparently one of my coworkers quit. Without telling either manager working.
-So now we're short staffed even more than we already were. So there's two of us plus a manager running the kitchen for the rest of the night.
-Then by like 8 we're so behind in cleaning/restocking that we all thought we wouldn't get out until midnight.
-Somehow we managed with only three of us to be out by 10.
It was just so weird how today was.
And I have to do it all again tomorrow. Woohoo.
I also bought gas with my own money for the first time, which was really strange knowing it's coming out of my bank account.
Enough of my mumbling, how's everyone doing? Have a car.
Get those damn chrome strips off of there!

I sold my first car in 11 days. I'm hoping it's the one that opens the floodgates for the second half of the month (which my dealership and I both do notoriously better in).

Total opposite day at work for me. Restocked some shelves and made a couple deliveries (auto part store). Boss asked me if I even wanted to go early but I stayed.

Panera Bread? Atlanta Bread Co?
Also, I like my chrome strip across the doors, but not the bumpers. It breaks the car up a little bit, which is nice. I've seen them removed, and it just looks funny to me.

When I was back home and working part time, I'd often work Saturdays.
Nothing happened on Saturdays. My coworker and I would just sit around and do nothing.
It was amazing.

McAlister's Deli. I think they're only in the South/Midwest.
It's St. Louis Bread Co. Dammit!
I don't mind it on the doors, but not on the bumper corners.

I worked my way through college waiting tables, so.. I know about food service. It sucks, and I have mad props for those who /do/ have patience to do it long-term. I don't know if grouchy old me could do it again...

That was odd. But I you are just getting closer and closer to a new car.
Also, that Magnum is one of my favourite if not my favourite Chrysler product. But being Chrysler, they couldn't do it perfectly, they HAD to put those chrome strips.

Dude I know, and I get money from the government for some reason to go into the new car fund as well!
And an interior that's 99% plastic. But that doesn't bother me.
How's the Golf?

Ah, the mac and cheese made me think of Panera because that's my favorite thing on their menu.
My wagon is free of any chrome anything on either bumper.

Ooh, their mac and cheese is super good. Ours is pretty good as well.
Really, Panera and where I work run kinda on the same philosophy.

That's cool, if I'm ever in your neck of the woods I'll have to give your food a try and see what I think. I'm a really picky eater, but if it's similar to Panera, I think I'll like it.

I actually don't mind it, as long as I've got stuff to do. But the month has been horrendously slow.

If we got any money from the government it would be more amazing than seeing someone walk an ocean. But its awesome that you are getting it!
I dont care at all for a plastic interior, its not like you rub your cheeks against the plastic. The seats are what has to be well done, and boy they are.
The Golf is now out of its break in period! Today it rolled over 1,000 KMS, heres a couple celebratory photos of the moment

Yes! That's how I feel about interiors. So long as what I touch often (wheel, arm rests, seats) are comfortable, I don't care how plastic the rest of the interior is. So long as it's well put together.
Out of the break-in period? Check engine light should be on in a couple days!
